Affordable, Family-Friendly Tuition

Tuition is an annual fee divided into 10 monthly payments for your convenience, payable on the 1st of each month (September 1st through June 1st). The tuition fee takes into consideration holidays and snow days.

The one-time Registration Fee covers the processing of your child’s paperwork and all other incidentals included in our school year. For Pre-K students, it also includes individual Learning Without Tears student curriculum packets.

What Parents Need to Know

Important information about daily routines, communication, and school policies.

Third Party Pick-Up, Late Arrivals & Early Dismissals

Notify the office and classroom teacher in advance if you must pick up your child early or send another party. The party must stop in the office and show photo ID (we keep a copy on file). A child will not be released without parent notification. Late arrivals and early dismissals are escorted by office personnel to minimize classroom disruption.

Communication

Monthly newsletters and notices are emailed, with hard copies posted on the office window facing the indoor playroom. Please read them carefully — they include important information about your child’s education. Teachers also set up communication through class DoJo.

Photographs

We periodically take photos of our facility, classes, and students to update our website (Experiencechurchag.org) and Facebook page. Please let us know if you’d prefer your child not be included.

School Calendar & Emergency Closings

We follow the Bethpage Public School district calendar for closings (excluding non-Christian holidays, since we are a Christian school). Emergency closings are announced via Flock Note text message.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Formal conferences are held once mid-year, giving parents an opportunity to discuss their child’s overall progress. Additional conferences may be arranged at any time during the school year as needed.

Health Requirements

Per New York State law, all children entering school must have a completed and signed Health Form on file by the first day of school. Physicians may email proof of immunization to director@kiddiekollegeli.com, or you may return it to the office before September 1st.

Absences

Please contact the school office via phone, email, text, or DoJo if your child will be absent for any reason. If we do not hear from you, we will reach out. A Medical Attention Notice will be emailed if a student is ill with a communicable sickness.

Class Lists & Class Moms/Dads

Signed consent (at the bottom of the enrollment form) is required to post your child’s name on the class list, which is used for socialization purposes. Class Moms/Dads are chosen by lottery — one per class — with responsibilities outlined at a brief meeting early in the school year.

Snacks & Allergy Policy

Children are required to bring a healthy snack with a drink that does not require refrigeration or heating. Please refrain from sending in:

  • Whole grapes (halved are appropriate)
  • Popcorn
  • Hot dogs
  • Baby carrots

These are high-risk choking foods that we will not serve even if they have been supplied from home.

Please note: we are a PEANUT FREE environment. No peanut products, please.
